What’s included in every turnover
No surprises. Here is exactly what you get with a standard Aquabridge turnover, what you can add on, and what falls outside our scope — in plain language.
The standard turnover
Whatever your property size, every turnover we do covers the essentials that make it guest-ready:
- Full turnover clean — kitchen, bathroom(s), living areas and bedrooms: surfaces, floors, mirrors and fixtures cleaned and sanitised.
- Fresh linen change — beds stripped and made up with fresh linen, and bathroom towels replaced (linen supplied by you, or by us under a managed rotation).
- Waste & recycling — bins emptied and sorted according to your property’s rules.
- Guest-supplies check — a quick check of essentials (toilet paper, soap, coffee/tea) so you know what needs topping up.
- Property inspection & photo report — a walk-through with completion photos, so you can see the property is guest-ready.
- Damage & maintenance flagging — anything broken, stained or in need of attention is reported to you the same day.
Add-ons you can build in
Guest-supplies restocking
We keep your consumables topped up — toilet paper, soap, coffee, tea and welcome items — and track what’s running low.
Deep cleaning
A periodic deeper clean (inside appliances, limescale, detailed work) by prior arrangement, on top of the standard turnover.
Guest arrival support
Where agreed, we assist with key handover and a simple arrival check so your guests are welcomed smoothly.
What’s not included
So expectations are clear from the start, the following fall outside our scope:
- Pest control
- Mould remediation
- Post-construction or heavy renovation cleaning
- Biohazard or hazardous-waste cleaning
- Exterior works, window exteriors at height, and garden maintenance

One fixed price per turnover, by size
Studio €125 · 2-bed €155 · 3-bed €190 · 4-bed €235 — excl. BTW. Add-ons are quoted transparently up front.
