When providing guest-related services

Where applicable, we may process limited guest information necessary to provide agreed services, such as guest arrival details or registration information required by your instructions.

Aquabridge does not collect guest identification documents (such as passports or ID cards) unless explicitly required by law and formally agreed with the client. Where guest information is processed, Aquabridge acts only according to documented instructions from the property owner or manager.

Important: where Aquabridge assists with guest check-in or registration support, the host (property owner or manager) remains responsible for meeting all legal obligations relating to guest registration, tourist tax, and identity requirements. Aquabridge only assists with these tasks where specifically agreed, and does not act as the party legally responsible for collecting or storing guest identity data.

3. Why we use your information

We use your information to:

• Provide cleaning and property operation services
• Prepare quotations
• Schedule turnovers
• Communicate with you about your property
• Provide invoices and maintain business records
• Improve our services and website
• Meet legal and accounting obligations

We only process personal data for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Information submitted through our website enquiry and quote-request forms is used only to respond to your request, prepare quotations, and communicate with you about potential services. We do not use enquiry information for marketing purposes unless you have given consent.

Aquabridge does not store access information longer than necessary for service delivery. Smart-lock codes, keys, and access instructions are handled only by authorised personnel and are not shared except where required to perform agreed services.

In the event of a personal data breach that presents a risk to individuals’ rights and freedoms, Aquabridge will take appropriate measures to investigate the breach, mitigate its impact, and notify the relevant parties and supervisory authorities where legally required.

• Cleaning team members, independent contractors, or service partners engaged by Aquabridge to perform agreed services
