Hiding rates behind a quote form is a negotiating tactic, not a service. Here is what a turnover costs, what each add-on costs, and what changes the number.
Studio or one bedroom, up to ~45 m²

Properties with five or more bedrooms, or over 130 m², are quoted individually after the walkthrough — from €285 per turnover.

Discounts stack across properties under one account, so a second flat immediately pulls both into a better band.
How payment actually works.
One invoice on the first working day of each month, covering the month just finished. It lists every turnover by date and address, every add-on used, and consumables at cost with receipts attached. Payment by iDEAL or SEPA transfer within 14 days.
No — every price on this page is excluding 21% BTW, which is the convention for business-to-business services in the Netherlands. If you rent out as a registered business you can generally reclaim it. The calculator shows both figures so there are no surprises.
Your per-turnover price is fixed for twelve months from your start date. It changes before then only if the property itself changes — an extra bed, a converted attic, a new bathroom. We tell you before the first affected turnover, never afterwards on the invoice.
A property left far outside normal use — a party clean-up, heavy smoking, pet accidents, or a stay that ran well over the guest count. We photograph it, send it to you, and wait for your go-ahead before charging a minute of extra time. You always decide.
No. The first visit, the checklist we write from it and the written quote are free and carry no obligation. If we cannot serve your property properly — wrong area, wrong timings, wrong volume — we will say so at that visit rather than take the work and disappoint you.
